When will my trinket mail be shipped? 

Your mail are shipped the first week of the next month! You will receive an email when the package has shipped. Thank you for your patience! 

For example, if you subscribed in the month of February, your mail will be shipped out the first week of March. 

When will my order arrive? 

It can take 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive depending on location and if there are any delays with Canada Post currently. Please be patient as your order is being delivered. 

If after 3 months your package has not arrived, feel free to email me at jazlynnart@gmail.com. If I have not replied in 3 business days please email me again in case it was sent to junk. Thank you.

My package hasn’t arrived yet?

I'm so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately with untracked shipping I cannot control when it will arrive. Please be patient as mail service can depend on the time and place. 

I am not liable for any lost or missing mail within Canada Post. If it has tracking feel free to email me and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

What if I want to unsubscribe or skip this month? 

That's okay! Go to the Profile button at the top right corner of the navigation bar and sign into your account. 

Once you're logged in, visit your profile and go to the "My Subscriptions" tab. From there you can find the monthly mail subscription and choose to either cancel, skip the month or pause. 

Can I leave this month and come back?

Yes! If you're not feeling this month, you can skip the month til you're ready or pause. 

Do you offer commissions? 

Unfortunately I am currently not accepting any commissions. Maybe in the future! Keep an eye out ;)

Can I refund my order?

As long as it has not been shipped, I can give you a full refund. Please contact me at jazlynnart@gmail.com. If I have not replied in 3 business days please email me again in case it was sent to junk. Thank you.
